Refund & Return Policy
At FabMakhana, we want you to enjoy the freshness and quality of our makhana. If your order arrives with any issue, we are happy to assist you with a return or replacement.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product arrived damaged
The wrong item was delivered
Packaging was tampered or open at the time of delivery
🔸 Since makhana is a food item, we cannot accept returns once the packet is opened, used, or consumed — unless the issue is proven at the time of delivery.
2. Return Window
You must request a return or replacement within 2 days of receiving your order.
After 2 days, we cannot process return requests due to the perishable nature of the product.
3. Refund & Replacement Process
Once you submit your request, our team may ask for photos or videos as proof of damage or issue.
After your return request is approved, the item will be picked up from your address (if applicable).
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.
In eligible cases, you may also choose a replacement instead of a refund.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or partially consumed packets
Products damaged after delivery
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Delays caused by courier partners (refund not applicable)
