Refund & Return Policy

At FabMakhana, we want you to enjoy the freshness and quality of our makhana. If your order arrives with any issue, we are happy to assist you with a return or replacement.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • Packaging was tampered or open at the time of delivery

🔸 Since makhana is a food item, we cannot accept returns once the packet is opened, used, or consumed — unless the issue is proven at the time of delivery.


2. Return Window

You must request a return or replacement within 2 days of receiving your order.
After 2 days, we cannot process return requests due to the perishable nature of the product.


3. Refund & Replacement Process

  • Once you submit your request, our team may ask for photos or videos as proof of damage or issue.

  • After your return request is approved, the item will be picked up from your address (if applicable).

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.

  • In eligible cases, you may also choose a replacement instead of a refund.


4. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed packets

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier partners (refund not applicable)
